How does custom sizing work?

Order rectangles or rounds from 4'×3' up to 15'×25'; email us if you need smaller or larger.

What shipping options are there?

  • Standard Parcel delivery to doorstep – $300, 2-3 weeks (small rugs)
  • White Glove delivery – $400, 4-5 weeks, signature required
  • White Glove Plus delivery – $500, crew carries in, moves furniture, unwraps, and lays out rug.

Extra fees may apply for oversized rugs or remote areas.

Can I return or exchange a rug?

Only if you cancel within 24 hours of ordering; after that, no refunds or exchanges.

When will my rug arrive?

Most rugs arrive in 2-4 weeks (Moroccan-Inspired: 3-5 weeks). The 2-week window applies only to parcel-eligible sizes.
